Throughout its length, the coast is a succession of beaches, rocks, coves, beautiful coves with fresh water springs, cliffs where you can find fine sand beaches, prehistoric caves and submerged and emerged sea caves, of a beauty exceptional, inhabited since the Paleolithic (recent excavations have shown that man was present from 250,000 years ago), all in a crystal clear and transparent sea that has nothing to envy to highly advertised foreign locations.
In the bright sea that bathes Marina di Camerota there is a great variety of fish, so it is a true submerged paradise widely appreciated by divers who, more and more frequently, immerse themselves in these waters of a particular blue; one of the wonders is undoubtedly the Baia degli Infreschi, a natural horseshoe-shaped port, surrounded on both sides by rocks that protect the bay from all directions from the winds of all the quadrants. The Baia Infreschi Marine Park was recently established to protect this incomparable coast area .
